The right system depends on its position, expected usage and whether a wall, counter or freestanding installation is most practical. Wall-mounted systems suit permanent high-traffic points, tabletop systems work well on counters and desks, and floor stands offer flexible placement near entrances and shared areas.
Wall-mounted dispensers provide a permanent, space-saving installation. Tabletop systems are compact and suitable for reception counters, desks and check-in areas. Floor-standing systems can be positioned where suitable walls or counters are unavailable and moved when requirements change.
Healthy Splash touchless dispensers use sensor-activated dispensing, allowing users to sanitise or wash their hands without touching the unit. Check the individual product description for the specifications of the model you are purchasing.
Batteries are included with applicable Healthy Splash touchless dispenser models unless the individual product listing states otherwise.
When using the batteries supplied by Healthy Splash, the batteries generally last between 8 and 12 months, depending on how frequently the dispenser is used and the conditions in which it operates. Battery performance may vary when using other brands, as not all batteries provide the same capacity or operating life.
A green light indicates that the batteries are functioning correctly. A light flashing partly red and partly green indicates that the batteries are becoming low and should be replaced soon. A red light indicates that the batteries are flat and need to be replaced.
Refills are not automatically included unless the product is clearly described as a bundle or starter system. Check the ‘What’s included’ section on the product page before ordering.
Use the refill type specified for your dispenser. Healthy Splash short-pipe refill bags are designed for compatible Healthy Splash systems. Long-pipe refills are intended for older Germstar dispenser models. The 1.6 L dispenser requires its compatible 1.6 L refill format. Contact us before ordering if you are uncertain.
Yes. The green touchless dispenser can dispense compatible liquid soap or hand sanitiser. It is more expensive than the standard sanitiser dispenser because its enclosed battery compartment provides an additional layer of water resistance around the batteries and electronic circuit board, making it better suited to bathrooms, washrooms and areas near basins.
The green touchless dispenser should be securely wall-mounted above or beside a suitable washbasin, where users can position their hands beneath the outlet without reaching awkwardly across the basin.
Yes. Healthy Splash offers the compact 60 ml sanitiser spray, the 500 ml pump-action hand sanitiser and a touchless dispenser fitted to a tabletop stand. These products are suitable for reception counters, desks, check-in points, meeting rooms, staff areas and shared service spaces.
Yes. Healthy Splash offers compatible dispenser refill bags as well as 5 L and 25 L bulk hand-sanitiser options for high-volume environments.
